Banquet Houseman is required to work independently as well as in a team environment. Maintaining the space and following the calendar to ensure that the venue space is in pristine condition.

Requirements:

• Responsible for set up, tear down and general cleaning of facilities

• Set up includes setting up tables, chairs, linens and other miscellaneous event items

• Tear down includes breaking down tables, chairs, linens and other miscellaneous event items

• General cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping / disinfecting surfaces before and after events

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, walk up and down stairs and stand for 8 hours

The Banquet Bartender will be responsible for assisting with set ups, tear downs, serving and catering to the clients needs. We work together as a team to efficiently execute an event. Servers are required to follow policies and procedures provided by the Event Coordinator.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to lift and carry upwards of 50 lbs

• Ability to work on call as needed on mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous service experience is preferred
